Examples of the theory

1. A Ping Choi (flat punch) to the face would be delivered to the Chin Moon (front door) Seung Bo (upper level).

2. A Won Toi Jeung (side palm strike) to the left side of the mid-body would be delivered to the Joa Moon (left side door) Jung Bo (mid level).

3. A Mo Ying Geuk (shadowless kick) to the lower back or back of the knee area would be delivered to the Hau Moon (back door) Ha Bo (lower level).

4. A Kwa Choi (back fist) to the mid right side of the body would be delivered to the Yow Moon (right side door) Jung Bo (mid level).
