Theory: Chi Gung

These seven positions (Chut Chi Gung) were developed to increase Chi flow. Keep in mind breathing from the lower abdominal region focusing on the taintin. Keep back straight as not to abstruct breathing from the abdominal region, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
